Leo Brichta (12-3-0) takes on veteran Valeriu Mircea (29-8-1) in the main event at KSW 91 on Saturday night as they square off for the interim KSW lightweight championship. Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (which translates to martial arts confrontation) is a Polish-based MMA promotion that was founded in 2004 and has risen to become one of the leading organizations in Europe. Brichta has won his last 11 fights, most recently stopping Roman Szymański on punches in the third round at KSW 87 in Třinec, Czechia, on Oct. 14. Mircea has won his last three bouts, taking a split decision from Szymański at KSW 83 in Warsaw on June 3.

The co-main event features middleweights Dominik Humburger (7-1-0) and Albert Odzimkowski (14-7-0). Humburger is trying to bounce back from his first loss, coming at KSW 86 in Wroclaw, Poland, to Michal Michalski on Sept. 16. Odzimkowski has won two straight fights, stopping Jorge Bueno with a second-round punch at KSW 88 in Radom, Poland, on Nov. 11.
The main card opens in the light heavyweight division with Vasil Ducár (3-2-0) facing Dawid Kasperski (debut). Welterweights Viktor Červinský (4-0-0) squares off with Kacper Koziorzębski (9-6-0) and Josef Štummer (3-1-0) battles Adrian Wieliczko (2-1-0) in a featherweight bout.
Lightweights are next with Łukasz Charzewski (12-2-0) taking on Michał Sobiech (5-1-0). Matúš Juráček (10-3-0) enters the octagon against Henry Fadipe (14-11-1) in a welterweight matchup before David Hošek (10-5-1) and Adrian Dudek (7-2-0) close out the undercard with a middleweight bout.
